Meet at the trailhead (at the Fishway area, inside the Redwood Gate, Redwood Regional Park, 7867 Redwood Road, Oakland)
Join us for an approximately 6 mile moderate hike on a loop trail that features all the highlights of this well-shaded park, which is nestled in the Oakland Hills.
The hike will take place in a redwood forest, mostly on the Stream Trail and French Trail. It will begin at the Fishway area, which can be reached by entering the park at the Redwood Gate, and parking in the first lot on the left after the Fishway interpretive site. After parking, walk back to the Fishway area, where we will meet.
Please bring adequate water and lunch. Wear long, light-weight pants.
